About the course
Nestled among the rolling hills adjacent to Mozingo Lake, the Sechrest 18 is a championship calibur golf course known for its exceptional quality and affordability. Once named the “Best New Public Golf Course in America” by Golf Digest and noted as a “Top Public Course Under $50” by the USA Today, the Sechrest 18 continues to improve its position as the premier golf course in Northwest Missouri. Designed by Donald Sechrest, the course features 18-holes with four tee boxes, a course rating of 73.5, and a slope rating of 134 on rye grass.
The USGA certified Sechrest 18 hosts multiple public leagues, tournaments, charitable events, as well as high school and collegiate matches. The Northwest Missouri State Univesity Women’s Golf Team and the Maryvile High School both call the course their home links.
