November 1 marks the beginning of the Off Season for Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. Many facilities will remain open throughout this part of the year, and we will have staff onsite to assist you during peak times. Some facilities will be closed or limited, which are listed.
Camping/Lodging:
- Main RC Campground
- Sites 1-67 will have water/electricity
- Sites 68-75 will have electricity
- Shower house / restrooms will remain open
- Reserved RV Campground
- Sites 76-95 will have water and electricity
- Shower house /restrooms will be closed until approx (April 1st)
- Primitive Tent Camping
- Shower house /restrooms will be closed until approx (April 1st)
- Family Cabins
- Family Cabins 1-8 will remain open year round!
Recreation Facilities:
- Youth Camp
- Shower house /restrooms will be closed until approx (April 1st)
- Youth Cabins will remain open
- Multipurpose Building will remain open
- Trails
- Restrooms will be closed
- Trails will remain open
- Beach
- Beach closed completely until April 1st
- Restrooms and showers will be closed
- Boat Ramps / Docks
- All three ramps will remain open unless otherwise posted
- Docks will remain open unless otherwise posted
