Platte-Clay Electric is a member-owned electric cooperative serving more than 20,000 metered accounts in Buchanan, Caldwell, Clay, Clinton, DeKalb, Platte and Ray Counties, just north of metropolitan Kansas City. Once a year the group visits Mozingo Lake Recreation Park to host an annual fishing tournament, cookout and retreat. This fishing tournament is closed to the public.
